To redeem your benefit, open the Ziina app and tap My Violet on the home screen. Select Bateel El'an from your benefits list.
A QR code will be generated — show it to staff at any participating Bateel El'an store. That's it. Your drink is on us.
Each QR code is valid for one redemption per day, up to 4 times per calendar month. Unused drinks expire at the end of each month and don't roll over.
